Kathy Bigelow graduated from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland with a BA degree in English and a minor in Business and has been with Comfort Control, Inc. for over thirty years. Prior to her employment with Comfort Control, Inc, Mrs. Bigelow worked with other construction firms in the Baltimore and Metropolitan Washington, DC areas, law firms in DC, Delaware, North Carolina, and various areas within the banking industry. Her experience has proven invaluable in managing the Administrative/Accounting aspect of the Comfort Control Offices. She continues to serve as Past President of SMACNA Mid-Atlantic and is a member of the Board of Directors and Secretary for the Mid-Atlantic Funds. Her experience also proves invaluable as she is a Trustee for SMART Local 100 Pension, Health and Welfare, 401K and Vacation Funds.

Gil Przybylski has over forty-five years of testing and balancing experience, approximately 25 with Comfort Control, Inc. He is a NEBB Certified Professional, TABB Certified Supervisor and certified National Energy Management Institute (NEMI) technician and instructor. Mr. Przybylski was previously an AABC test and balance engineer before joining NEBB. He also taught testing and balancing at the SMART Local 100 and Sheet Metal Local 5 Apprenticeship schools. Gil manages all International Projects with over 25 years of overseas field experience.

Robert Gawne started Comfort Control, Inc. in 1966. A graduate of The University of Notre Dame. He is one of the founding fathers of NEBB and served on the NEBB Board of Directors. Mr. Gawne also served on the State HVAC Board and was a NEBB Certified Professional in the disciplines of Air Balance, Water Balance as well as Building Systems Commissioning. He was elected SMACNA Contractor of the Year and also awarded SMACNA Legislative Contractor of the Year. Throughout the years he served on several of NEBB Committees and was a Past NEBB President. He remained very active in the NEBB Association and the SMACNA at the Local and National Levels.
