Kathleen G. Bigelow

Kathy Bigelow graduated from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland with a BA degree in English and a minor in Business and has been with Comfort Control, Inc. for over thirty years.  Prior to her employment with Comfort Control, Inc, Mrs. Bigelow worked with other construction firms in the Baltimore and Metropolitan Washington, DC areas, law firms in DC, Delaware, North Carolina, and various areas within the banking industry.  Her experience has proven invaluable in managing the Administrative/Accounting aspect of the Comfort Control Offices.  She continues to serve as Past President of SMACNA Mid-Atlantic and is a member of the Board of Directors and Secretary for the Mid-Atlantic Funds.  Her experience also proves invaluable as she is a Trustee for SMART Local 100 Pension, Health and Welfare, 401K and Vacation Funds. 

Darren R. Aley

Darren Aley has over thirty years of experience with Comfort Control, Inc. in the HVAC field including testing and balancing experience. He is a NEBB Certified Professional in the disciplines of Air Balance and Water Balance. A Member of Local Union 602, he also serves on the Board of Directors for NEBB and various committees.  Mr. Aley is also certified in Universal Refrigeration and has his Maryland Masters HVAC Certification.  He has managed numerous projects for Comfort Control, Inc. including Federal Triangle, US Customs, EPA, IRS, National Archives several Naval Base Facilities as well as various Overseas Ventures. 

Michael P. Moran

Mike Moran attended Buffalo State University and is a graduate of the SMART Local 100 Training School.  He has over forty years industry experience, mainly with Comfort Control. For 26 years, Mike has been the Head Estimator at Comfort Control, Inc.  He has prior installation construction experience and was a previous Project Manager on various retrofit projects for Comfort Control, Inc. He is a Trustee for MCAA and devotes a great deal of time staying on top of Industry and Union Issues.  

Jamie P. Palermo

Jamie Palermo has over twenty years experience at Comfort Control, Inc.  She started her career at Comfort Control, Inc. as a Report Processor and then began working in the Field as a Technican.  She is a graduate of SMART Local 100 and is certified in Universal Refrigeration. She manages the field technicians, scheduling, handling all aspects of change orders, equipment and safety issues for Comfort Control, Inc. 

Gilbert G. Przybylski

Gil Przybylski has over forty-five years of testing and balancing experience, approximately 25 with Comfort Control, Inc. He is a NEBB Certified Professional, TABB Certified Supervisor and certified National Energy Management Institute (NEMI) technician and instructor. Mr. Przybylski was previously an AABC test and balance engineer before joining NEBB. He also taught testing and balancing at the SMART Local 100 and Sheet Metal Local 5 Apprenticeship schools.  Gil manages all International Projects with over 25 years of overseas field experience.
