CORPORATE HISTORY

Comfort Control, Inc. (CCI) is an independent indoor environmental testing and balancing and commissioning agency. Incorporated in the State of Maryland in July 1966, CCI has performed testing, balancing, and commissioning services for hundreds of customers ranging from federal, state, and local government agencies to the private sector including many Fortune 500 companies. CCI provides testing and certification services in the industrial, commercial, and institutional business environments.

Comfort Control, Inc. is a charter and certified member of the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) and Testing, Adjusting and Balancing Bureau (TABB). CCI staff includes four NEBB Supervisors and twenty- five Technicians trained in the following disciplines:

Comfort Control, Inc. is a certified member of the National Energy Management Institute (NEMI), and is an active member of the Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning National Association (SMACNA), the Mechanical Contractors Association of America (MCAA), the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).
